Solage Calistoga is the first resort property from Solage Hotels & Resorts,
a brand new resort from Auberge Resorts, creates of Auberge du Soleil, Esperanza,
Calistoga Ranch and The Inn at Palmetto Bluff.
SolBar is a full service bar and restaurant offering bistro fare in a casual
environment. Spacious outdoor terraces invites guest outdoors to dine or
relax with drinks by fire pits and bocce courts while taking in views of the
nearby mountains and vineyards. In room, takeout and poolside service are
available.
The full service 20,000 square foot Spa Solage features 14 treatments rooms,
a bathhouse, spa boutique and manicure and pedicure studio. The art of
bathing is celebrated with a hydrotherapy pool circuit featuring cold, warm
and hot pools, all of which are geothermal spring-water-fed. Two couple's
rooms which feature outdoor soaking tubs and showers with garden patios and
day beds. The treatment menu offers a spectrum of massage alternatives,
including Deep Tissue, Thai, Cranial Sacral, Shiatsu and Neuromuscular. Spa
Solage offers a fitness center and movement studios for Pilates and Yoga
classes.

Nestled in the heart of the Napa Valley, just two hours north of San
Francisco, is The Culinary Institute of America's West Coast campus. Since
1995, the CIA at Greystone has provided continuing education opportunities
and career development programs for food, wine and hospitality. Today, the
campus is expanding its services to include food industry business
solutions, such as custom programs and research and development
consultation. Educational courses, ranging from foundation and advanced
studies to degree and certificate programs, supply training in the culinary
arts, pastry arts, food service management and professional wine
development.

A well-known author and teacher, Karen has shared her wine and food knowledge around the world through print, television and in-person appearances. With her husband Dennis, she is the co-owner of Fife Vineyards in Napa Valley.
